Do You Have To Be 18 To Buy Spray Paint At Walmart

I'yard home from a fun afternoon of shopping and I want to share this bang-up tip with y'all.  I've foundthe cheapest place to buy paint!

At Dwelling house Depot today, I was purchasing a gallon of paint to transform my next project, a cute petty lingerie agency…or it will be once I'thousand finished with information technology. 😉

While the paint guy, or should I say Pigment-Associate was mixing my color,  I scoped out a bunch of pre-mixed paints selling for $9 a gallon. These were Behr Pigment & Primer which are regularly priced at $47/gallon.  Here they were selling for the price of Thrift Store Pigment.  Actually, cheaper than Thrift Shop Paint!  And if this is the kickoff fourth dimension you've ever heard of the stuff…Y-E-S… at that place really is such a thing.

… back to my shopping.

Then for $nine,  I plant this beautiful "White" which is VERY similar to the Antiquarian White that I've used on my concluding few projects.  It'south not quite as warm, only pretty darn close.  Can y'all see a big divergence?

Neither could I, so I grabbed the can and ran to the check-out counter.  Ok, I didn't actually run because I'm soooonot a runner.   But if I was… lol… this was a no-brainer-must-have buy.

I was so happy with my find, I forgot to ask the guy, I hateful Paint-Associate, to milk shake the tin can for me.  Bummer… merely I'll be sure to give it a thorough shaking while doing my happy dance.

You tin find these mis-tints or "OOPS-pre-mixed-paints" at any local pigment or hardware shop.   These paints go custom mixed for a customer, but for whatever reason the person decides not to purchase. The store can't re-shelf this pre-mixed pigment, and so they drastically mark down the price by 70-80% to become rid of it.

Next time you're paint shopping at Lowes, Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire, or any of the brand name paint stores, watch for these astonishing deals! Thrift-Shop-Paint-+Can_6570

My side by side stop… I drove to the other cheapest place to purchase paint…Walmart.

I recently discovered LOOP.  LOOP is a visitor which takes quality paints bound for the landfill and creates premium recycled paints.

What a great thought!  Walmart must take idea then too considering LOOP is available in most Canadian Walmart stores from declension to declension. The colours are limited, but 8 designer colours in total, merely for $13.88/gallon I'one thousand looking forwards to giving information technology a try. It's a perfect way to keep re-finishing costs downwardly while I recycle and reuse!

I have no idea what kind of coverage or overall quality recycled paints take, just once I give information technology a go, I'll definitely share my experience and write a review.

While we're on the topic of recycling and cheap paints Boomerang-Recycled-Paints  sell at Thrift Stores for $19.99/gallon.

Rona as well has an Eco-Responsible make, Rona's ECO which is priced at $eighteen.99/gallon.

I wanted to purchase them all… but unfortunately ran out of shopping time.

I've learned the cheapest place to buy paint is often correct under my nose at Lowes, Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire or whatever other large store which mixes make name paints.  A tip… if you're buying pre-mixed paints, it yet needs to be thoroughly mixed.  Don't get overly excited over your bargain and forget to inquire the pigment guy, oops…I mean Pigment Acquaintance to shake your can!

I'mreally happy with my paint deals today.   🙂

Hope you had a fun day and cheers for reading… and, oh… if yous know of any cheap pigment resources in your area, go out a annotate and let me know!
